Breakfast:
Begin your day in the Alpenrose Restaurant overlooking Lake Serene and the golf course. Presented on the buffet will be fresh breads and preserves, cereals and brans, fresh fruits and yoghurt. Fresh farm eggs, crispy bacon and breakfast sausages will be accompanied by sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes.
Morning/Afternoon Tea:
1 Coffee and tea served with an assortment of homemade biscuits and slices.
2 Coffee and tea served with an assortment of homemade biscuits and cakes.
3 Coffee and tea served with home made rock cakes
4 Orange juice served with Ice Creams.
5 Mineral water served with Chocolate Bars.
Lunch:
1 A selection of rolls and sandwiches with roast meats, leg ham, salami, chicken and salad fillings followed by a platter of cheeses, fresh fruit and crackers.
2 Ploughman's Lunch 'individually plated' - crusty bread, a selection of continental meats, tasty cheddar cheese, assorted pickles and salad garnish followed by a platter of fresh fruits.
3 Soup of the day served with a crusty roll and followed by a platter of cheeses, fresh fruits and crackers.
4 Mediterranean vegetable or beef lasagna served with a bread roll and garden salad followed by a platter of fresh fruits.
5 Chef's selection of a hot fork dish served on a bed of rice pilaf and wok fried vegetables accompanied with crusty bread rolls.
6 Marinated chicken tenderloins served with Chef's Risotto and accompanied with a fresh bread roll.
Dinner:
