ASPECT TAMAR VALLEY RESORT'S PAYMENT POLICY & ADDITIONAL GUESTS POLICY.

We 100% Guarantee when you make a reservation on line via our "Live Fully Automated Booking Site" that your reservation is instantaneous and the room type available as displayed via the availability search will be designated to your specific reservation at the time of booking.

To fully confirm your reservation we will require the FULL PAYMENT of your accommodation, at the time your on line reservation is made.

This means by booking online via our fully secured bookings page, you authorize Aspect Tamar Valley Resort to deduct the FULL PAYMENT of your booked accommodation from your nominated valid credit card.

All Daily Room Rates are generally for 2 Persons unless otherwise mentioned. Extra Persons over 12 years using existing bedding are an Additional $25 per night. Children over 2 years up to 12 years using existing bedding are an Additional $15 per night. Infant Cots as required are an additional $10 per night. If Rollaway Beds are requested for guests of any age in addition to the Existing Bedding already provided in the room an additional $50 per night for each Rollaway Bed will apply.


ASPECT TAMAR VALLEY RESORT'S CANCELLATION & RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY.

If you want to change any details of your reservation or make a cancellation, you must contact our Customer Service Centre on (03) 6330 0400.

Changes made to a reservation at any time after the reservation has been made will attract a reservation alteration fee of $25. Please note that in certain time periods, or for certain room types reservations cannot be changed. We will do our best to assist your request, however we cannot guarantee that specific changes can be made.

Cancellations made outside of (3) three days (72 hours) prior to the property's check in time of 2pm will attract a reservation cancellation fee of $25. All other monies paid will be refunded in full upon request.

Cancellations made within (3) three days (72 hours) prior to the property's check in time of 2pm, will forfiet 100% of all monies paid.

If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in to the property in accordance with the reservation made, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
